The Council published a Preferred Options Report for public consultation in November 2010. This consultation is now closed. This web-page has, however, been kept open to allow you to continue to view the consultation documents and the comments received.
The comments submitted were considered by the Council's Cabinet in July 2011 and a summary of the comments, in the form of a "Prerferred Options Responses Summary" can now be viewed as an additional "Supporting Document".
