Welcome to the consultation events for the emerging Neighbourhood Development Plan for Devonshire Park, which is being prepared by Devonshire Park Residents Association
Neighbourhood Development Plans are a new national initiative for local areas, introduced by the Localism Act 2011, to enable local communities to have a greater say on planning decisions within their area. The Neighbourhood Development Plan for Devonshire Park focuses on the area between North Road, Borough Road, Prenton Road East and Greenway Road in Birkenhead.
Other proposals are also being prepared for Hoylake, Central Liscard and Greasby. Information on these and other neighbourhood planning initiatives within the Borough can be viewed on the Council's website here.
