Welcome to the consultation event on the emerging Neighbourhood Plan for Devonshire Park, which focuses on the area between North Road, Borough Road, Prenton Road East and Greenway Road in Birkenhead, which closed on 23 March 2013.

This web-page has, however been kept open to allow you to continue to download a copy of the Neighbourhood Plan and its Appendices by selecting the "Supporting Documents" tab in the table below.

The Residents Association will consider the comments received before submitting their final proposals to the Council.
